Music In Public Places: "Summit Express Jazz Band"

Sunday, August 21
9:30am COCC Bend campus track (behind the Coats Campus Center)

Taking Dixieland Jazz To New Heights is a fitting slogan for this high energy band from Bend,Oregon. All of these versatile musicians are equally at home in the Symphony playing Beethoven as they are on the street corner playing Louis Armstrong. All members of this band currently play with the Central Oregon Symphony or have performed with the symphony.

*No tickets are required to attend the concert. This concert happens during the Beat Beethoven's 5th 5K Fun Run/Walk. Audience members are encouraged to bring an outdoor chair as there is limited seating on the patio.

The Central Oregon Symphony welcomes to the stage 3 Leg Torso for our Fall Concert Series.

Concerts are held in the Bend High School Auditorium.

The symphony will perform Peter and the Wolf by Prokofiev. It will be narrated by Lilli Ann Linford-Forman.
Concert is for children in secondary grades 3-5 and older.
